Our Business Model
Due to high operating expenses such as rental and staff costs, the main business model being employed in Singapore is the “GymKidz Goes to School” model. As most young children of 6 years and below in Singapore are in pre-schools, it is only natural that we bring the GymKidz programme to where the children in the schools are. It has been realized that the key to business survival and success lies in keeping business costs low without sacrificing opportunities.
In Hanoi, which started operations in August 2016, their “GymKidz Goes to School” model has been brought to 7 schools with more than 3,000 children joining in the GymKidz programme by end November 2016.
In Shanghai, the “GymKidz Goes to School” model will be starting in February 2017 to a few selected schools. In June 2017, the GymKidz programme will be available in Vivocity, Shanghai.
